Who are We?
We are a locally run and operated company based in Sierpe de Osa, Costa Rica. Our goal is to give you an unmatched safe, fun and personal experience that can only be provided in an intimate group setting. Let us show you boundless nature that the Osa Peninsula has to offer.
Most of our naturalist guides have been certified by the ICT (some are in the certification process) and have numerous years of experience specifically guiding in the Osa Peninsula, known as the last frontier of Costa Rica. For those that work in Corcovado National Park and Caño Island, they have additional certification procedures they must follow and are expertly trained in the local flora and fauna.
And in our local community…
We are also involved in our local community both in Sierpe and in the Osa Region. We care about conservation and strive to be active participants in the hope of making a difference. We are actively affiliated with several local conservation organizations:

CETURS - SierPe Tourism Board
Beginning with the most local affiliation CETURS (Cámara de Turismo de Sierpe), we have been involved with the local tourism board since it was revived in 2012. We strive to promote our local community’s activities and businesses. Currently we serve as an active board member - Vice President.

Osa Free of (single use) Plastic
Especially proud to be involved in this initiative! We aim to be ‘single use plastic’ free on all our tours, in our daily life and we encourage all our clients to do the same (bring cloth grocery bags and reusable water bottles for example). This program is part of CATUOSA (Osa Tourism Board) and is supported by the local Municipality of Osa. We are the first municipality in Costa Rica to adopt this goal, set for 2020 to be in full effect.

Corcovado Foundation: Advisory Board Member
The Corcovado Foundation has been in action since 1996 with many successful programs and we have been involved with them since 2008 (long before Sierpe Outfitters came along). They raise money to create community programs in education and conservation.

We are ALSO actively supporting the underprivileged communities around Sierpe. We are working with the Costa Ballena Disaster Relief organization to reach out directly to local families and improve their quality of life.
